Welcome to my living room

Hi Everyone,

My name is Leslie D. Rose and I am a media and marketing professional. I was one of those kids who always knew what I wanted to do with my life and by glory, I am living those childhood dreams. While I live my life writing, I don’t get always get to write the stories I want, or talk to the people I want, or put the stories in my heart on display. Like many people, sometimes work gets in the way of passion. As far back as I can recall, my true passion has always been storytelling, writing, and conversation. Living with a fellow writer, my awesome husband, Donney Rose (find his Medium page here: Donney Rose), some of my best conversations have taken place in the living room. Since I can’t invite you all to my actual home to sit on the sofa for a chat — welcome to my virtual living room. Here I invite you to sit with me and a new special guest each post to learn about something, think more in-depth about things you may already have on your mind, or just enjoy meeting some new and awesome people and reading about the work they do. While you may not get to sit in on the actual conversation, I aspire to present it to you in a way that will make you feel like you were right there with us.
